I was browsing the amazing Beautiful/Decay blog tonight and came across a very special lady. I adore the white on white, the furniture, the gramophone and the extreme talent and patience that has gone into this magical installation.

The artist Michelle Muzyka, is based in Brookyln, NY. Her work is mainly installations that are almost completely paper cut and has recently started to incorporate jewellery and metal into her practise, very exciting.

Memories In Decay displays an abandoned interior space that has been repopulated with intricate
woven masses of paper fungus. Digitally cut and manually folded pieces of paper creep into the cracks
and seams of found objects.
